Honestly — I was left kind of disappointed with this experience.

The print campaign is magnificent — photography naturally outstanding, but the macro site? Don’t get me wrong, I was expecting something brilliant, especially when you call it ‘Journeys’. I’m loving that premise –ultra-chic brands like Vuitton live for us to stumble into their secret magical worlds. It’s just a bunch of videos frankly. That’s my humble opinion.

  1. Agreed. Most luxury brands just don’t get the web or interactivity. It’s all about large photography and videos.

    Yes, people are now watching TV on their computers, but it’s in a different context – YouTube and Hulu – short and feature-length. Do I really want to spend an hour watching videos for Keith Richards and Sean Connery?
